Denmark: Labels from stamp booklets

Recently some Economique B labels was released in a stamp booklet called 'vintereventyr'. The stamp value is only for letters sent in Denmark, so I don't think they will release any Prioritaire A as they are not used for letters inside Denmark, only on international ones.

Switzerland: Priority labels

Big labels from Switzerland. They come in strips of 5 labels.

*I'm pretty sure the design have been printed before and is not new. The thing I have noticed about Switzerland labels is that when they print a new batch of the same labels they get a new year instead of the year the design first came out.

Germany: New Labels, Airmail/Priority

Germany recently got new labels. I got some of them in the mail today. They come from a roll.

Trinidad and Tobago: Airmail labels

Here are some airmail labels from Trinidad and Tobago. They come from a roll and are currently in use.

Liechtenstein: Prioritaire and Economique

Prioritaire and Economique labels from Liechtenstein. They both come in sheets of 10 labels and are quite big. I think they may be for parcels.

Both have id number and a date.

I do love when postal services put dates on their labels.

Bulgaria: Priority labels

Labels from Bulgaria. They come from a sheet. I'm pretty sure a full sheet is 50 labels in total.

Malaysia: Airmail labels

Lee (airmaillabels) was kind enough to send me some Malaysia parcel labels with both old and new logo.

Brazil: Airmail labels

I recently got some more labels from Brazil - Thank you Anita! - and they are very different from what I have already got. These are airmail labels instead of priority. They also have the logo and name of the postal service correios on them.

The come from a huge sheet. Of how many labels, I am not sure, as I only have part of the sheet.

New Zealand: Airmail labels (Older+Newer)

Airmail labels from New Zealand. Like the economy labels these also look to be from a roll.

France: Priority labels, postage paid

I got some more labels from France in the mail today. I hadn't seen the labels before today and I find them really interesting. They look like the other 'Prioritaire' labels, except the labels are kind of split in 2. The white side explaining that the postage had been paid* (*As far as I understand)

The labels come from a sheet of 57 labels.

USA: Airmail labels

Here we have two of the same airmail labels (19-A) from the US and you can see how the design/size have changed over time. The labels come on a pad of 40 labels. The labels are quite big, so I think they are used for packages.

Express label from the US. It used for 'outside shipment' and to be honest I'm not quite sure what that means. International shipping?

Ireland: Priority labels, new font?

Like with the France labels below I noticed that some labels I got from Evaldas (myairmaillabels) looked different than the ones I have already posted.

France: Priority labels, New?

Some time ago I got some labels from France. When I was about to put them into a folder, I noticed that they looked different then the ones I already have.

Received in 2011. They come from a sheet.

As you can see the color is much darker and the front is also different.

South Africa: Airmail/Priority Labels (1)

Some more labels from South Africa I just got in the mail today. Unlike the other labels I have already posted from South Africa (See here) these are lighter in color and Self-adhesive.

USA: Priority

Priority labels from USA. These labels are much bigger than the other Priority labels I have already posted (See here) and they don't have round corners.

Greece: Airmail labels

I just got these labels from Greece. The thing is I have been told that airmail labels are no longer used in Greece, now I'm not so sure. Maybe someone can help out? Maybe they are leftovers from when they were in print?

They look like the ones listed in the airmail labels catalogue from 1987.

Denmark: Prioritaire A and Economique B, NEW!

Today I was at the post office to get some stamps and more labels.
To my surprise the labels I got had a new design! And they had just come out.

The labels are smaller in size and have a darker color. These also have a new font and and the labels have a shiny surface. The B on the green labels have also changed side.

I got these labels on a sheet of 18. Getting labels on a sheet is also a new thing, the older labels never came on sheets, but always on pads or rolls.

Ukraine: priority labels

Labels from Ukraine. I have never seen these before, so I'm not sure if they are still in use. They come from a sheet and the labels are quite long.

I got these labels from the Philippines today. I think it is interesting that they have a red color. They come from a sheet.

Denmark: Stamp Booklet

Back in 2001 several stamp booklets in Denmark were released with prioritaire labels.
So far I have seen 3 different labels designs from 2001. Since they a long out of print, they were a bit hard to find.

Adding labels to a stamp booklet was pretty much a one time thing. I have never seen other booklets than those released in 2001 with labels.

I got some SAL labels in the mail today. SAL is Economy airmail in Japan.
