Express label from the US. It used for 'outside shipment' and to be honest I'm not quite sure what that means. International shipping?
The label comes on a sheet of 2 labels.
Hi! I saw the link to your site on www.Postcrossing.com's webpage today and I too like to collect air mail labels. The Express Mail label that is used in the US is for time-sensitive letters. The US Postal Service guarantees overnight delivery of a package or document that has this type of label or is shipped in an express mail box/envelope.

Appears to be ... Outside Pressure Sensitive Label
ReplyDeleteIn 2013 it is now called Priority Mail Express Outside Pressure Sensitive Label, still saying OUTSIDE SHIPMENT on it.
But does it mean to place the sticker on the OUTSIDE of the Priority Express Mail box/letter or does it mean that this sticker is placed on Priority Express mail/letter shipments that are going OUTSIDE of the United States?
