There is no date on the sheet, only an id number, but I think it may be from 1992, as they look like these from the booklet.

I think the 93 may be referring to it being released in 1993.

This is a cool booklet from the Swedish postal service published in 1992.
They started using Prioritaire/Economique labels at the time and the booklet explains how to use them and the new postal rates. The booklet also comes with a small sheet of 8 Prioritaire and 2 Economique labels.
